Symons Type Hydraulic Spring Cone Crusher Machine Working Principle:
When the spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the large bevel gear at the bottom of the eccentric sleeve through the fluid coupling and the small bevel gear to rotate the eccentric sleeve, causing the cone to swing and break the material. The main shaft of the crusher is not moving, but the supporting spherical surface tile is subjected to the crushing force. Fault 2: There is no oil flow in the oil flow indicator, but the oil pressure is lower than 0.5MPa
The cause of the failure: 1. The oil temperature is low; 2. The oil switch is not opened well; 3. The oil pump is not easy to use;

Fault 3: The oil return in the fuel tank is reduced, and the oil level is significantly reduced
